The movie thirteen and the book Adrian Mole talks about teenagers with family problems, two people are the same age but  the difference is the way that they try to improve their lives.

The movie thirteen, the main character is Tracy. She was a reponsible girl and a good student but she wasn't popular. Then she started going out Evie Zamora, the most populat girl in her school. Tracy becomes her best friend but she is a bad influence, she introduces Tracy in to parties, drugs..

The book talks about Adrian Mole a 13 years old, he talks about his life, the separation of his parents, the blackmail of Bary Kent, the betrayol of his best friend, their love problems and his "big problem": The spots.
